Hiya Moldequine. I watched your guy race last May at Wolverhampton on the all-weather track, he came last, bless him, but looked a lovely sort. He was with W.M Brisbourne at the time, and i think he was then sent to John Balding up in Doncaster. Im sure he raced up in Ayr later on last year. He was a bit unlucky in his racing career, so im sure he will do much better with you, as hes still only an 8 year old, if that! Look forward to seeing piccies of this lovely lad
PS, i think he was bred in Ireland (could be wrong though!) |

Hi Yes he was bred in ireland. Why was he unlucky? he only won 5 out of 71 races bless him lol He has a wonderful temperament. Hes15.1 and nice and compact. He is currently being ridden and going off my leg in all three paces in a normal saddle, im just working on his neck now as he has got an upsidedown one at the moment, he ran his last race in feb 08. Im hoping to event him if he has a nice jump but who knows! |

If my memory serves me correctly, he was bred in Ireland by John Cullinan. He's by Revoque, out of Buddy and Soda who was by the American stallion Imperial Frontier. He did win twice at Warwick, and i seem to remember him winning at Thirsk a couple of years ago. He was essentially a short-distance horse, 5-6 furlongs, and liked good going! He does have a full sister (Sahara Secret) but again, shes not really making it as a racehorse, poor love. From the races that i remember him in, he just seemed to run out of steam towards the end, burnt himself out too quick. Nevertheless, he is a pretty boy and seemed to have a lovely laid-back attitude. Best of luck with him |
