Friday night (the day before i was due to move my horses) the yard i stabled at was broken into and my horsebox , Leyland Daf M reg with Ifor williams box was stolen and used to smash through the yard gates at between 6.50pm and 7.50pm Friday 1st February. Thankfully all of our horses and tack was untouched and i moved my horses to their new yard on Saturday with help from friends. Please be vigilant, and make sure vehicles and yards are secure. This happened in Margaretting, Essex.

Thanks all, Very much doubt they'll ever find it, it had the nice back to it, often sought after, take that off, put it on a new chassis and hey presto you have a new horsebox! I'm now hoping after the 30 day clause (to see if it's recovered) that the insurance company will pay up quickly and i can get cracking on finding a new horsebox, possibly trailer and 4x4 combination! Especially with show season just round the corner!!! |

Oh Robyn that's just awful - especially with all the plans you had. I'm really sorry to hear this has happened to you, but hope the ponies are settling in well to their new home.
