For those of you with long dogs ie; lurchers, greyhounds, whippits etc, take a look at this link
http://www.kitschcollars.co.uk/collar%20range.htm
I think they are beautiful, especially with the beaded tassels. It does advise to un-clip the tassels for running free though, incase they get caught up, and beware if you have a 'chewey' dog, because of the beads.
Let me know what you think.

GORGEOUS. oh how my dearly departed whippet, Trip, would have loved these!. She had a black velvet with diamante collar and she really loved to wear it.It was great for when she was lounging about being ladylike and delicate---all that changed when she was out and about though |

They are lovely Pat, sadly can't see my collies taking to the tassled and beaded ones though.
How is Brooke by the way Pat, is she being as cheeky and clever as she looked in her puppy photos??

Sapphire, that site is awesome! The Whippet in the Black and Gold tassled collar looks just like Wendy, my Whippet!

Aah what a shame you can't get a longdog just yet,l've got a lovely collection right now, from 4mnths old black and white+fawn and white whippet x ?s,15mnth pure white whippet x saluki,18mnths brindle whippet x greyhound ,18mnth black+tan greyhound x saluki x whippet. Those collars look best on smooth coated dogs and look fabulous on greyhounds but l've seen them on afghan hounds and to me it looks like guilding the lily!(I'd love to own an afghan but I'd never find the time to groom it .sigh ..)Pat you must be good at surfing. You're always finding interesting sites |

I love borzoi's too , but they are sight hounds and I am told not to have a sight hound as they wont stay close to me on the farm and will be off chasing as soon as they see something to chase my friend Sue who comes on here used to breed them so she knows what she is talking about. |
