At the moment am working out x4 a week at the gym And cutting out sweets instead fruit also cutting out all fats instead steaming or poaching in order to have my oils!!!! eating plenty of fish and seeds. Just trying to cook everything from scratch and more healthy rather than reaching in the cupboard for jars of bologanaise or sweet and sour etc!!! Also drinking loads of water Mate of mine eats of a slightly smaller plate Also eating 6 times a day little and often.
