Can I send someone an e-mail with photo attached please so they can put the pic. on this site for me - sorry I don't know how. The photo is of me & Rose Alba when she was about 5. SWIMMING IN THE SEA off Whitby in North Yorkshire! Other than that she has shown in-hand, under saddle, show-jumped & long-distance (mostly local level). Much appreciated Lisa |

All these photos are so lovely. I love the one of Vera laying down with Perissa, i think that picture should be on some sort of book cover or Calendar, so genuine.
Just to make you laugh, this is me waiting to go out hunting, a long time ago on my dearest Part bred William. I would swop all I have if there was anyway of turning back the clock

Hello 'Arab' post with Ishcol Charisse. Just noticed that your Pally is by Zacaria. We had and in fact bred Zacaria, I am sitting here racking my brain trying to remember your mare or someones mare coming to us called Foley Bergeree. Zacaria only ever stood at stud with me. Have I got it wrong, (quite possible!) please tell me more about yours.
Zacaria (Silver Scenario x Zehreza)
Aged 19 or 20 taken last year.
We don't own him now he is loved and used for fun in his new life. |

SueB- I believe Charisse was Zacaria's only palamino filly? before he had his accident
this is the only pic i have of Foley Bergeree online I'm afriad, the rest are in the photo album and I dont have a scanner xx Charisse will be 13 this year i believe so would have foaled 1995 ish?(Mum's horse, I own Zac - Zacarias' grandson lol)

Ahhhhhhh, I remember her now, she was a big mare, really lovely sort, stood four square. Did she have some Quarter Horse breeding in there? I might be confused with another, Zacaria was quite popular as a sire.
I am so glad he helped some lovely horses along the way. Really great to see your photos, they are brilliant. As you can probably guess I have come full circle, I now own a stallion that is so similar to Zacaria, only a bit taller than him! I hope he will sire a Pally for someone too. Very soft spot for them.
Thanks again. |

Hi Sue Foley stood at 15.1hh and her breeding is arab (crabbet) x welsh c. (with a very small amount of tb from Mr suntan). She had charisse in may 1995.
Her filly is Charisse (ishcol) Her grandson is Zac (ishcol chardyll). incidentally, his stable name is after his grandsire
Im looking to breed another foal from charisse eventually. she was a cracking mum and her son is just like her. Its lovely to hear that Zacaria is enjoying life. I beleive he was a very gentle stallion.
