My OH had his 1st riding lesson yesterday and I was actually speechless. After walking round for 10 mins he had a go at rising trot and managed it in the 1st lesson. He has a lot to learn yet but it took me ages to get the "up down" bit right when I was young. He said it was "get it right or get sore b****cks!! He enjoyed it though and has booked another lesson next week. Next he'll be wanting his own horse.
