A friend of mine doubled the size of her herd one winter, admittedly to start her own stud. I sadi to her "you must be mad inbcreasing your stud going into winter, with all the hay, feed and mucking out!". Excatly she replied "You get the best bargains in the winter"
Looking at the sales page on this site I think my firned has a point. There are some amazingly well bred beautiful animals for sale at bargain basement prices. I nearly fell off my chair last night when I saw them. Anyone looking to buy at the moment is in a very strong position. I also think it is a bit sad that these horses are so cheap as 5 yrs ago they would have been snapped up for 4 or 5 times the price their on now. The straight Spanish breds were always highly sought after as theyb are so versatile for performance as well as showing! They look stunning and Borneo and Estepa as blue blooded as you can get!

This is a very bad time of year. I have seen the borneo mare advertised a few times and i think she is stunning. Unfortunatly Alaska, my aged mare has now been taken ill, my work is going to slow down and my livery has been increased from £25.00 to £40.00 per week just after me signing for a new flat. This is forcing me to also down my numbers and two of my presious horses will now be up for sale. I have just submitted one on the sales page, not sure how long they take to com eup though. |

I am not surprised horses not selling when if you ring up the vendors and ask to view the next day you are told " not sold , had so many calls but you cant view "
May have liked one of their others more anyway , but hey its a buyers maket |
