Agreed, he has some fabulous horses, the stallion looks really special. If I had my own land I would be hot footing it down there especially at those prices !

It always makes me want to buy one of the older mares to keep Zarello company. I hope I win the lottery this weekend. |

They are lovely horses! We were thinking of getting a broodmare last year but now we have decided to do that in a few years time - If we wanted one now I would certainly ring up :D |

Yep, there are lots of lovely horses for sale at present, I wish I had plenty of 'dosh', I'd definately be spending some
I just hope all of these lovely horses find wonderful homes, particularly as the 'for sale' ad I've placed for a gelding will appear within a couple of days

its truethere are some lovely horses at rock bottom prices available at the mo!its not the buying its the keeping as they say we have 4 already! but without land its gettin pretty steep paying livery costs sadly - i would love a colt/stallion but the yard would not allow it!! never mind ..keep dreaming! |

I have a filly that i advertised on there but unfortunatly nothing much seems to be selling, I think my ad is due to expire but i think i will just wait till she gets a bit older and think about what i will do with her then. I love her to bits as she is such a sweetheart, so it was hard decision putting her on in the first place, The main priority for me would be the home. The money is secondary to that but no real interest with just a couple of emails asking her age. I will prob have her till she is old. I am trying to talk my daughter into having her but she wants something she can ride now. I think the market is a bit flooded at the moment there seems to be so many advertised every week.

Think I've just duplicated this thread with my "bargain basement advert"!
I agree Escarla is absolutely gorgeous and so well bred. It takes me back about 10 yrs when I bought my first pure bred Arab, also a grey straight Spanish unbroken Arab mare. 10 yrs later I haven't regretted my decision as she has raced, hunter trialed and show jumped all to great success and produced two fantastic foals (I still have her 2 yr old filly).
So anyone thinking about Escarla - remember 8 is never too late!!!
