Hi everyone,
Does anyone know anything about the breeding of a mare called Jamboree, as entered on allbreeds as Rajeen's mum?

Hi Chris
Jamboree, the dam of Rajeen, is registered in Vol 6 of the Part-bred registry. She was born in 1957 and was chestnut. Sire: Rih El Gharb AHSB Vol 8 out of Careless Rapture (no breeding given). Hope this helps. |

Absolutely fantastic Lynda!!!!
Allbreeds had had an entry saying that Jamboree was a 1967 Thoroughbred, which I had taken as correct, however, someone removed that breeding line recently and left nothing.
Naturally I was very pleased that someone had kindly taken off the wrong breeding but it was a bit of a blow when it disapppeared and I realised I had more to find!

I put the owners and the breeders name on the additional information on all breed on Jamboree as written down in the stud book.

Hi, I don't find any purebred named Jamboree (or similar).. but I did find Jambory, ch mare born 1971.. bred by J. Munday.

Vi har redan funnit den rätta Jamboree.
Hello Catqueen,
We have already found the right Jamboree, if you still don't belive it look at Saddlebred's post in the Pedigree section under the thread Cromer Stud. On page 2 of the article about the stud there is the following note "During the Summer (1973) I had been looking for another chestnut mare or filly to add to our brood mares, and at the Arab Sale at Newbury I bought RAJEEN (RAJMEK-JAMBOREE) a 3/4 Arab 2 years old.". Jamboree is registered in the Hunter Stud Book.
