This fantastic horse is available on the sales pages !!! I dont know Carol but this horse is superb, in my dreams I would have bred him to my mare. What an opportunity for some lucky stud owner. That horse simply moves for fun and is so beautiful.. huge floating paces and proven under saddle. Watch the video on the web site. I do not have the facilities for a stallion but I hope someone snaps him up and keeps him available for stud purposes. I love Tobago too and he is so popular and seems to be accessible to part breds etc. Well done for that, it's nice to be allowed access to a quality horse. Most of us probably don't have rock stars or famous actors in our families and unlimited incomes.

I spoke with Carol today, and I believe she will be keeping Emir and who can blame her?
Emir is Carol's dream horse, so she would be very reluctant to part with him!
Take your time Carol and do ONLY what is right for you and your family,
Looking forward to seeing you at the weekend

I like Emir too and was very pleased to see him at W+W where he lived up to everything I thought he'd be. I've also had the priviledge of meeting his mum - she even groomed me. Considering what an outstanding mare she is she isn't at all snooty !! |

I am a huge huge fan of Emir and I was lucky enough to win the Tsunami Auction for this young stallion and bred my young mare to him. All my dreams came true when Passion produced a beautiful filly, Emir's first baby and Essteema's first Granddaughter! She is such a sweet girl and very pretty too. Carol adores this stallion and is having the difficult task of juggling horses and a young family at the moment. I'm sure that a lot of you have been in the same situation at one time or another, I know I have. I am sure that Carol will only let Emir go to a very special home or perhaps she will change her mind and keep him herself. I wish her all the best for whatever she decides. Anne
I wish Carol |

I do know what it is like and understand that situation, I let my Rusleem colt go when I realised I could not manage everything (as above post) I wish Carol all the best.. it is horrid being in that situation.. you feel so torn. But Emir is splendid ...I just let my crabbet mare go to a lovely new home because I could not ride two horses and do everything else I needed to do. Best wishes to Carol and Emir.
