As some of you may of read-clumsy here, stepped on a 6inch nail, and damaged tendons/ligaments in my foot-which may take a while to heal.
So i want to get someone to ride my mare-as i can not bear any weight(where the stirrup goes) on my foot.
However, if i find the right person, i am concerned, as i certainly don't want to get sued.
Is there some sort of contract i could get signed, which would cover myself? I am even willing to pay the rider, unfortunately i can't afford to send her away, esp as this will be on-going for god knows how long.
There is a rider only insurance policy which may be good, another idea is to draw up similar to loan contract though obviously not a lon with the terms, maybe this way can add ridden at own risk and your terms ect
