Hi Jaq Cant find anything on Mintola but the Colebridge Stud was based in Coleshill, Warks. Mintola was the mother of Colebridge Golden Minstrel and Colebridge Miranda who I remember winning loads in the 80's. It says in palomino magazine that Mintola was registered BPS, PBA and NPS so one of those societies should be able to help you.
Do you have a relative? Debbie |

Having searched through all my stud books, I've found her.
Colebridge Mintola Vol X111(1973) Palomino: bred by Miss E. Clarke Sire: Silver Moonlight. Dam: Clugh One PBAR Vol 1X
No other details for Silver Moonlight.
Clugh One (1967) Chestnut: bred by Mrs E. Clarke Sire: Robin Hood of Kingsholme AHSB Vol V111: Dam: Golden Caprice (no further details)
Hope this helps. |

Hi Jacx I have a filly by Shulay Faberge. I thought I had put all the Shulay horses on Allbreeds but I cant find yours on there although I do recognise the name. I must have missed that one!
What is his breeding? and do you have any piccies? Debbie |

Hi Jacx It is easy to put him on... or I will if you let me know who sire and dam are. Then he will show up when people are looking for siblings. He looks a lot bigger than most of the Shulay horses. What a super chap. Debbie x |

Hi Jacx101
I have put him on www.allbreedpedigree.com for you. If you havent used it before it is free and you can click on pedigrees and also photos of his ancestors.
There are some serious good racehorse lines in there including Busted and Nasrullah. I bet he is fast!
Best wishes debbie |

Good point Lynda. He cant be Anglo Arab if he is palomino. I have corrected it for you on Allbreeds Jacx. He will be mostly TB and Arabian but Colebridge Silver Comet has got lots of other bits in him looking at his pedigree. There will be some Irish Hunter and Arab from Mr. Suntan, and probably some Saddlebred from the Kingsettle and Roundhills bloodlines.
All of our bigger Palominos seem to go back to the same lines. They are the same as both of my girls. Your new photos of Hallmark are lovely. Debbie

Hi Jakx101, Your horse is lovely
I have a palomino, who's Grandsire, and Great Grandsire is Silver Moonlight. Silver Moonlight was/is registered with National Pony Society. He is descibed on Allbreedpedigree, as a British Riding Pony, which I believe is a mixture of Native pony (prob Welsh), and either Arab or T/b. I have been told that Silver Moonlight was 75% T/b.
See my thread "Legend horses. Zalaman, Moonshine Vision..."
Here is a pic of Silver Moonlight
