I did hear that the classes were small & I was really disapointed as i`d entered my palomino mare in three classes,
(it would have been her first show this season) then last wednesday i discovered that she`d gone lame !
I guess with all the rain we`ve had she must have slipped on the mud,as the field is hilly in places, the vet told me she`s torn the muscles between her hock & stifle , honestly its the first time shes been lame since she was born !

Sahir Felicite won the Broodmare with foal at foot class (4-16yrs)and went onto to become Senior Female Res. Res. Champion
and her filly foal Sahir Farhaneh won the foal class too - Sahir Kashmir was the winner of Geldings 1,2,3yrs - all shown by Bob Bates,
so a good day for Sahir Arabians, well done to all the winners. |

Our Laminiah won the Yearling Filly Class shown by Rebecca of Silverdale.
Unfortunately on her way to the ring for the Championship she became lame due to the ruts in the ground!
