It says they use the AHR on line datasource service.. can anyone tell me if you have to pay to use this and which one is it..can someone point me to the correct one..Thanks..Sue

Hi Sue, the AHR Datasoure is at www.arabdatasource.com and yes, it is a subscription service.

They are capable of making mistakes, particularly when it comes to colour, but it is a lot more reliable and more comprehensive than allbreedpedigree as it is created from the issued studbooks of worldwide Arabian registries. This means it is up to date to the last mare returns for the USA but only upto date to the last published studbook for other countries. In fact Vol 20 of the AHSB is not all there yet. Younger horses' pedigrees can be found by entering sire or dam and creating a fantasy pedigree with the other parent.

The Crabbet Organisation pays for an annual subscription because we use it so much but you can pay for shorter periods of time too from a daily rate on up. It all depends how much you are going to use it. Have fun. Alexia

Do I count all horses on the three lists in appendix 1 as 100% Crabbet or does skowronek count as impure ????


And do i circle loan numbers left in the vertical columns or just odd ones left over at the end ????

Skowronek is 100% Crabbet, but not his ancestors in other breeding!
I don't understand your question no.2?? My English (gramma) spell?.. learned from school 40+ years ago is not very good!

Hey you do a hundred times better than I would ever do in swedish !

So if I have Skowronek then do I mark that line 100 % , or do I have to mark its generation number eg 9 ) at the end

when I have done all horses out to generation 11 +, paired up numbers and reduce by one the first time , do I, put a circle around any I cannot or do I carry them forward and try and match again


so far I have got 59.375 or 56.25 or 54.6875

Probably none right

Will it show up full % of my arabs?as that what i've been wanting to know more about their % ?as have asked on pedigrees & bloodlines about my mares
