I've always wondered, what are the different charactoristics of bloodlines; such as Crabbet, Egyptian, Polish, Russian, Old English...Obviously it's named after a country (apart from Crabbet) but what bloodlines are the best? Some people prefer a certain bloodline for movement and others prefer a certain bloodline for conformation and type etc... Hope this post makes sence

Nikki, I dont really see how anyone can give you an answer here, you have asked such an emotive question, like how long is a piece of string? there is such diversitiy (sp) that all types and bloodlines will differ from one to another,. None are considerd best, though people will have preferences. My advice to you is get your eye in to what you like about one type or another, what you like about each one and then find out if they follow certain bloodlines? hope that helps |
