I'm so thrilled I just have to tell you - the lovely RH Karismma, by WSA Charismma, has been scanned in foal to Tobago today!!!
'Kiri', as she is known at home, belongs to my very dear friend Gudrun von Tevenar, of Red House Arabian Stud. Gudrun and I go back a long way - she bred a couple of mares to my first stallion, the late and much-missed General Lee Gold, and we became great friends. I lost touch with her when I ran away from horses for over 10 years after GLG died, but we made contact again last year, and have renewed both our friendship and our 'breeding connection'!
Kiri is a beautiful little grey mare, very fine and delicate, and sooo sweet and gentle. Everyone at Cliveden adores her, and will be sad to see her go home tomorrow.
We all have high hopes for her Tobago baby!

| congrats cate, my girl has gone v quiet (she is anyways but on n off depressed like quiet) shes letting yearling in feed bucket ect and never does this so all xd she has also taken, we will know after next week xd xd xd |

By the way - thank you all very much for being so sweet to me!
I do realize that this is not really a big deal - other stallion-owners on here don't feel compelled to post every time a mare is tested in foal! But I'm a bit of a novice so it's all still rather exciting for me. And it's Tobago's very first season. And this is a special one because of the renewed friendship with Gudrun...
But I promise I won't keep doing this all through the season!
