to Claire Fitch and Stephen McCormick for their hospitality today at the Intermediate Ridden Course. I cannot describe how welcome we were made to feel and how much trouble they went to to make us feel that way. Thank you to you both and your team of helpers - the lunch and never ending supply of cakes and drinks was very much appreciated - I am sure I speak for us all.
Thank you also to Ann Leaver, Ann Hooley and Annette Dixon for their time and expertise and also to Jayne Armstrong who always seems to be able to organise everyone and keep it all running. Thanks also to Alec for stewarding and his words of wisdom, I always feel like I am at a show when Alec is around!
Thanks again and it was lovely to meet some new people.
I have some photos that my lovely dad took which I will post for you all to see the gorgeous Ruger and Judals Mirage who we were privileged to have a private viewing of. There are also photos of the menage and the 3 horses that very patiently and willingly allowed us to ride and assess.
Thank you again, a lovely lovely day all round. I sincerely hope I haven't forgotten to thank anyone!
Managed to top my tan up too

Hi Jane,
Yes it was the next step. Not sure if I passed yet though! I'm not 100% sure what the next step is - I think it might be judging as a probationer. |
