Myself and a friend went to see H Tobago today. He is so so beautiful totally blown away by him. He has a copper coat that was gleaming. Kate who owns him is an absolutly lovely person, would just like to say thank you kate for a lovely day  Natalie x

Ah you lucky thing, he looked gorgeous at Malvern  . Looking forward to seeing what his first foals turn out like ~ next year I presume?  !

| He certainly does gleam! We saw him a few weeks ago, and he looked fabulous then. Hoping to put a mare in foal to him next year. |

| Did take pics but unfortunatly only on my phone so did not come out to great as i am useless at taking pics.He was so gentle around kate.I thought he was stunning in pics on net but to see him in the flesh was even better. |

| He indeed will have some foals on the ground next season, i am all xd my mare is in foal to him, i highly recommend the stud where he is standing and a second to none service |

| Hi cassy thats great news that your mare is in foal to him. Hoping to send my mare in the next couple of weeks. The staff at the stud were very nice and helpful. |

Lucky you! Hopefully I'll be meeting him and his very lucky owner in the VERY near future  as my mare will also be visiting him! |

What a lovely surprise!
I just came on here and saw this thread - thank you so much Natalie, that is really sweet of you! And thanks everyone for your kind comments!
It was lovely to meet Natalie and her friend Marion on Friday. We had such a fun day in the sunshine at Cliveden. We drooled over Tobago for a bit while he pranced about showing off, then went for a yummy lunch at the pub, then wandered down to the paddocks to see one of Tobago's visiting mares (a very pretty WSA Charismma daughter).
I took two or three pictures but not sure how they will come out - I am the world's most useless, cack-handed photographer lol! If there is a halfway decent one I'll post it.
Assuming all goes well, there should be quite a few Tobago-babies next year - let's hope they all inherit the 'metallic paint'!
I still can't believe how lucky I am to have this horse - and I get to meet such lovely people!

Sorry Timberwolf, Nicky, Jenni5, arabic, Jilly and jaj - I meant to say that you are all very welcome to come to Cliveden anytime! Tobago loves entertaining visitors, and the pub with the yummy food has a lovely sunny courtyard where we can eat outside...
And the stud is part of the Cliveden House estate - a famous National Trust stately home with beautiful gardens, which is open to the public in the spring and summer - it's just across the road, so easy to combine a visit there if you feel like it...or something for non-horsey OHs to do while we look at horses lol! |

Your welcome Kate. Tobago is so stunning. If he were mine i would prob never go home. I dont think i would ever get fed up with looking at his beautiful head and amazing colour.I am sure Savhanna
