I've been so busy on this holiday - have been rushing around all over the place and doing lots of riding too of course! Went on a three hour ride today, I haven't been a ride that long in ages and now I'm aching in places I never even knew existed!!!  I feel like I could sleep for a week but I'm going sightseeing/lunching with a friend in London tomorrow - I think my legs might fall off if I have to walk any further!
