Rowan my bay Arab has Tiger-Stripes on his legs above his black socks going right up above his knees to the top of his legs - noticable at this time of year & coat change esp his front legs! He also has a VERY defined dorsal stripe & black stipes over his withers & down his shoulders. Looks ODD!!!

Anyone elses bays with them?

OOh, never heard of that before Judith, maybe he has some Zebra in him!!!! Would love to see some pics of your tiger.

Jacki - will try to take some piccies tomorrow - not sure if the stripes wil show up on photos very well though.

One of my friends has a gelding my Imad - he has good stipes - show up well on his chestnut coat!

Hi yes i have a bright bay, he is the same, dorsal stripe, tiger legs lol and he has a really dark wither.

My dark chestnut has a very prominent dorsal stripe, and faint tiger stripes.

Perissa had leg barring, a dorsal stripe and wither stripes! She was bright bay.
