I am sure that I won't offend her current owner by posting 'who she is'. Well I hope so anyway
Her name is Toffee, she is 14 years old of Egyptian/Crabbet breeding. She was bred at Moat House by Pat Westwood and her current owner has had her from a weanling. She is very pretty, yet small - but I don't care. She has some Babson breeding from her sire's side, which is what I am looking for. Her sire is So Black Alarabi & her dam is Zushi.
I am so chuffed I can't tell you. I remember her being born and loved her then but she was 'well out of my league' price wise.
The Babson in the pedigree is a huge bonus for me 'cause its the 'type' I love.
I am so grateful to her current owners for giving me the opportunity to buy her. Toffee will have a home for life at Chapel Lane.
Toffee has bred only one filly foal, who is probably between 8 & 10 now, so if any of you A Liners out there know her or her whereabouts I would love to hear from you.
Thanks to you all for your interest |

Yep, I'll try and post pictures but I'm not brill so some kind person may have to do it for me
Yep, I have two husbands in mind the first being the Straight Babson Stallion Princeton Mariner, I'm waiting for the info to come from his owner. I would use him because he is SBE and is the only one in the UK and of course he is beautiful and a good mover, I'm told.
The other one is a little closer to home, I won't say who this boy is. I'm not sure what his owner's policy is and again wouldn't want to upset anyone. Some of you may guess who this one is.
As soon as I have got things sorted I will let you all know. |

Congratulations I look forward to seeing photos. I met her sire and dam as I had an NVQ introduction at Moat House back in 1995 when I was 18. I loved So black al Arabi - I wanted to take him home with me! |
