My children didn't believe that it was bedtime last night because it was still light! Had real problems getting them up the stairs and it was hard to explain to them (aged 4) that the day had suddenly become 'longer' !

I went riding after work - yippee, it was such a lovely evening, i find myself up the yard for hours after work, then get home about 8pm and have to rush round doing dinner, housework, shower.... but it is great to have these longer days. |

Yeah we were all on the yard last night seeing to the neds and chatting without a care in the world. No rushing to get things done whilst it was till light. It was like a different world. Also see a different group of friends in the evenings to the mornings and instead of ships that pass in the night it was good to get together. |

Its great isnt it ! I got a feeling last night that there was no sense of urgency, we, horses included, were far more relaxed ( especially my daughters lamanitic pony- or could that be the ACP!) Telstaar had his fisrt day out ruggless-HooraY ! silly old sod rolled and rolled , got up, did a few handstands ..then!! SPOOKED for ten mins at the big white patch on the grass !! It was only His hair he had left in his roll patch. You would think , at his age, ....but then he is an Arab ! ever watchfull!! Polly |
