Did anyone watch this?
It was on BBC2 last night at 8pm.

I was a bit concerned before I watched it that they were just going to exploit some poor rescue dogs in the name of entertainment, but hopefully it will raise awareness to the many lovely animals that are in need of rehoming.
Julian Clary and 'Valerie' presented the show. Celebs visited a rescue centre and picked a dog to train, each dog and celeb had an experienced trainer to guide them.
Last night they did a small agility course in front of 3 judges who then scored them, this combined with (you guessed it) a phone vote decided which dog would leave the show, this dog is then either kept by the celeb or viewers can apply to adopt it.
Last night Theo from 'Dragons Den' and Afghan Hound Claudia got kicked off, luckily he has decided to keep her Shame because I thought they did very well, I've owned Afghans in the past and know how difficult they are to train, she managed three quarters of the course in impressive style then completely lost the plot, became selectively deaf and went to investigate the audience

Hampshire.

I watched it, It was a shame Claudia left the show I thought she was fab espeically with her pink diamonte collar Hopefully the show will help raise awareness for all the homeless dogs out there! It brought tears to my eyes when the celebs had to choose a dog from the home, I know I would find it so difficult leaving the others behind.

I watched it, I thought how well they had done, being totally novice handlers and dogs. Some partnerships being together for as little as two weeks training together.

But, when it ends, how can they not take the dogs on, when they have worked with them, built a relationship, and return the dogs to the situation of an uncertain future????

Hopefully, because of it, they will all find wonderful homes, along with many others.
