My friend has just become an a-liner but can't log in.

Well she can, she fills in her details and clicks log in, it says the thanks bit and then bounces back saying she isn't logegd in.

Any suggestions?

Ask your friend to send us her username and password ( NOT ON HERE ) and we will look into it for her.
