....has arrived! She is Malawi (Aazari x Monsoon) - Lulu to her friends.
Is she the prettiest girlie in England - I THINK SO!! (I just wish I could understand how to post piccies - I really don't understand the instructions! Happy to email some to a kind person who would post them for me). She is now covered in mud having been out with 'Uncle' Tas (my gelding) who is looking after her, at least until the novelty wears off  .
Thank you so much to Hugh and Michelle Segre for breeding such a gorgeous litle filly and for preparing her so well to leave home.
Hopefully she will be out and about next year - already got her show slip!

Oh how exciting! The Aazari offspring have done remarkably well this year....sounds like you'll have immense fun with her next year!

Carolyn - why doesn't that surprise me It must be a "family" thing BUT to give you heart Raqisa is the VERY BEST babysitter EVER - she looks down her nose at the weaned foals BUT they learn so much RESPECT from her - hey and she misses them when they are "grown up" and become independant |
