Quite Joanne - now NZs are breathable - my night stabled two just have their NZs left on in the stable. I've a mountain of stable rugs I really need a good clear out!!
But what to do with these rugs - do charities accept them - clean of course!??
I'm sure most of the horsey charities/sanctuaries take in unwanted rugs Judith. We're just down the road from HAPPA and they are always grateful of any donations
Its zara again, I can reccommend AMIGO rugs, they've been on my mares 24/7 during this horrid torrential downpours we've been getting for 2 weeks. the mares are snug and totally dry :-) and I havent had to change rugs at all. great. well done Horsewear Ireland. another great product.
"to his virtues ever kind, and to his faults a little blind".
I've found the Horsewear rugs a bit narrow at the front - maybe my girl is extra wide - but have had no problems with Weatherbeeta, Masta and Royston rugs.
I'm planning my next ones as we speak...
