My first time at HOYS too,never thought about going before,i was always too scared of what i might spend in the shopping village,but thanks to Farmers Guardian mag, me and a friend won tickets[entered on line]for the thursday and friday,so travel lodge booked and were doing the 600 mile round trip,cant wait,itll be nice to watch instead of reading about it on here.
Joanne,is he the Salazeer who was up here in Ayrshire?,ill defo come and say hello.

I will have my mobile - if anyone wants me to text them through I will - my n° is ... ok will get back on here before I leave and find out what my number is. Very excited now, am going up to Nuneaton today to stay with my nan and going to be there very early Friday |

I am Sorry, I am confusing folk with my bad grammer!!!
I am looking for someone who isnt going to be there with us, to take the messages and put them on here, if they happen to have pc access throughout the day.
Thanks for offering though. Perhaps we could do two each, by spliting the three classes and then the championship?? That is if anyone responds ofcourse, which I am sure they will. Its worked great the last couple of years.

Good luck to everyone tomorrow - competitors and spectators alike!!
Don't forget HOYS is on Sky 2 tonight, tomorrow and Saturday - not sure if it's just the showjumping but it's on from 8-11 every night so there may be more than just jumping.

I am so envious of all you lucky people going to HOYS this year. I've managed to go every year for about the last 5 but unfortunately can't make it this time  . All the Arab classes are just wonderful, magical and I cry my eyes out when the winner does the lap of honour. All of you - have a fantastic day - I'm sure you will - I can't wait to see the photos and I'm looking forward already to next year. |

Hello, does anyone know if the Arab ridden classes are still scheduled to start at 10.40am Friday morning? Realise most people going are probably either already there or tucked up in bed now, but worth a try!
