I hear what you say Pat, and sounds like you ideas will give 'food for thought' to Nick, this can only be good.....I agree about the actual format being the same, would be a good idea. I had the veterinary question's, with vet's actually there to embarrass us all! and I had Peter the God Upton taking one seminar,( sorry not meant to be rude.) And on the final, (Nick was at the same final as me,) we had all the 'old' school there, very, very daunting I can tell you. I can remember being so nervous, when I tried to speak nothing came out!! so I shouted!....they obviously thought that I was so confident on that day?
My two years of attending seminars, I travelled the length and breath of England, I was very quiet throughout, and only spoke when spoken to, I rarely got a chance to have my say? as many others would shout and get their ideas in first, ..but, what I didn't know, you are being watched even if you don't become one of the 'mouthy lot' as Pat put it!. I went ALONE....not tagging along with a friend. This is all I can say as to why I passed?........oh, and I got the answers right!
Mike is so right, the seminars should be closer together, and more of them.
