Hi, Congratulations on your new filly. What would you like to know? Ibn Estopa was World Champion Stallion and was the baby brother of El Shaklan. You should be able to see pictures of him on the Om el Arab International website. Hope this helps. |

You might just need to raise that roof!! I have an Ibn Estopa son and I'm afraid he rears for fun! How is your filly bred?

Hi Stuart,
Have looked at your filly, she is beautiful and will be even more so when grey! Lovely pedigree. Unfortunately, due to a problem with my computer, I lost all my pictures before Christmas. But if you would like to visit my website www.cliffendarabians.com you will see pictures of him there. His name is G Shakib. What are your plans for her? |

G Shakib is so beautiful, as are all your others. Great web site. My wife and I are only starting out this year with our first young horse. Everything is new, but we hope to learn fast. For many years we have cared for our old 2 arabs. Sadly Mahfra died last year aged 29 leaving us with keba age 31. We purchased our new filly to keep keba company and she will hopefully teach the youngster a thing or two. We hope to show her in Scotland this year but as we are new to showing, the pleasure of taking part is our objective. Also the getting to know other people who love arabs
thanks stuart |

we fell in love with IBN ESTOPA when we first saw him at Brian blakes, we ended up buying his daughter SANDSTOPA ( IBN ESTOPA X PEARL SAND) she has a wonderfull temperment like her sire and a huge trot, we also bought CHOPARD (ESTASAN IBN ESTOPA x pearl sand) after a lot of nagging lol, both mares have very high tail carriages and lots of snort and blow they both have their sires charisma and have been fantastic mothers, we still have them 16 and 17 yold now . IBN ESTOPA was bought by paulo gucci and saddly died a few years after. A sad end to such a charismatic stallion.. |

I have only seen a few pictures of him, he must have been great to see up close. I read the gucci story on AL, how very sad for all involved. Sandstopa and Chopard both sound so majestic,I can picture them kicking up a storm. Both my wife and I know that there is no greater pleasure than caring for older horses so you will have many years of joy ahead. thanks sandra
If anyone has pictures of ibn estopa, I would love to see them.
