I am curious to trace my mares lines- no papers (rescue case) and several say she could have Donax lines...
I have no great knowledge of stallions- please any detalis of him- esp pics would be of great interest.

| Donax was a beautiful dark chestnut stallion owned by Mrs Pauline Hutchings,of Zircon Arabian stud Born in 1971 out of Ludrex by Dargement.We used him twice on our mares and the foals were beautiful (boys)He sired lots of champions himself including the amazing Zircon Nazeer. |

| Donax was a fabulous horse, with the most wonderful temperament. I used him many times, and without doubt, all his offspring were good, both in hand and ridden. |

Donax was a great sire,he is the grand sire to our multi champion mare and gelding by Zircon NazeerxSunlea Karanina they both have the amazing body of that line |

| I have a double Donax gelding, lots of photos of Donax and my boy's sire Zircon Nazeer and dam nabileh if you wanted them? Can try dig some out over next day or so. |

S.jade I would love to see the pics of Donax and Zircon Nazeer aswell as I look after a grandson of his ive only ever found 2 pics of Zircon Nazeer and would love to see more if you got them!

Donax(1971) is Ludrex(s)(1965) / Dargemet(d)(1961).
Ludrex is Ludo(s)(1953) / Sirikit(s)(1961).
Dargemet is Dargee(s)(1945) / Bint Yasimet(d)(1954).

| Hi, I've just bought a Donax grandson, Luhka out of Ishmann...photo's of luhka should appear on my signature shortly...he's being delivered to my in 2 weeks and his previous owners still have Ishmaan so will ask if they have any Donax pics for you :) |

| I think I knew Ishmann. Who was his mother? If it is the same horse I was around at his birth and know his mother very well. I think she was Jaala Sbeyel. |

I have a piccie of Donax as my screen saver but i don't know how to put it on here, will ask OH to help me. p.s very chuffed my OH bought me a fantastic arabian horse book so i can trace back Beaus lines right back to god knows when, if i turn up anything interesting i will let you know beau is a Donax great grandson.

Hi Nadia, Who owns Ishmaan now? I have added Jaala's Mum and Dad to Allbreed. The lady who bred Ishmaan has a lovely painting of him with his mother.

| Hi Pauline, he's owned by Brian and Zena Birmingham based in Berkshire, he's gorgeous and happily retired I believe. Luhka is absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to get him home next Saturday, have spent a fortune on him over the weekend and he's not even here yet!! Paula is putting my photos on my signature once the March newsletter is published so you'll be able to see him soon... :) |
