I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of Kais I. I am trying to find out more about my girls breeding. She is by Kais I out of Cumbria Ameera (Princess Shalimar X Fahim Hisan). I would be interested in anything else anyone could tell me about her bloodlines as well. Thanks
Have you contacted Cumbria Stud? We bought a mare that came out of there (Oakthwaite Shamtar by Al Sood out of Cumbria Nightlase) and the lady at the stud was lovely and sent us a really nice reply. If you search on Al Sood, you'll find her website.
Kais I (Mohawed X Bint Om El Saad) 1973 was a half brother of US National Champion Mare Serenity Sonbolah and was imported into the UK from Egypt by Joan Ratcliff, he was leased to Germany for a couple of breeding seasons around about 1986/87.
KAIS 1 WAS OWNED BY CLAVERDON LODGE, YOU COULD TRY GIVING JOANNE LOWE A RING IM SURE SHE WILL HAVE SOME PICS OF HIM STILL, SHE IS REALLY NICE TO TALK TO. WE HAVE A STALLION THAT WAS BRED AT CLAVERDON LODGE ,HIS GRANDSIRE IS KAIS 1. KAIS 1 WAS A LOVELY DEEP LIVER CHESTNUT STALLION NEARLY BLACK. HE WAS BRED AT THE EL ZARRA STUD IN EGYPT.

My girl is 11 this year so she must have been one of the last foals I would think Contacting Cumbria Stud and Claverdon Lodge are good ideas too. Thanks for your help
