Hi can anyone help....I want to take Kazeme to the Crabbet show in September and I know he has a certain amount of Crabbet blood in him but I wasn't sure how much.

Contact Caroline Sussex at Binley Stud (see crabbet.org.uk) and she will be able to tell you roughly what percentage. You need to be over 75%. There is a backlog with getting the certificates out but if your horse is over 75%, the Crabbet Organisation will very kindly send you a letter saying that so you can still compete whilst your certificate is being prepared.
I have an El Crysto son - El Tanaya (El Crysto x Mattaniah). I contacted Jill Scudamore at Riverwell and she sent me some piccies of El Crysto and Mystic Gilt - they are both stunning! Nicky
Yes I agree Nicky they are gorgeous as I have seen them in the flesh! My boy is very like his dad! Have you any photos of yours? Mine are in the gallery but its only one of him the day I picked him up! I think I will have to contact the crabbet org! Are either of you going to the show in September?
We'd love to go because we have a little army of Crabbets: 2 stallions high 90's, 1 gelding high 90's, 4 mares high 90's, 2 mares 100% and 1 stallion 100%
-oh forgot and the little Aboud lady who is hopefully arriving this weekend
Sadly, it;s a very, very long way and with no stabling it could be a nightmare. I think we'll be forced to give it a miss this year. Both my 100% girls are being put to 100% boys so maybe we'll wait till next year and come along with mares and foals.
It also clashes with the Northern Group C show (my favourite show of the year)
