Like egzotyka, I would love to know more about my boys:
Horus - 1983 chestnut gelding
Muzeero (El Mongi/Muzri) x Phareller (Fazari/Kafisa)
El Tanaya - 1993 chestnut gelding
El Crysto (Carrik Crystif/Mariposa) x Mattaniah (Imrah/Grecian Gilt)
I would particularly like to know the percentage of Crabbet if there is anyone out there kind enough to help!

El Cyrsto is owned by Jill Scudamore of Riverwell Arabiaans in Bristol. There is a picture of him in The Crabbet Journal Winter 2005.
I knew his father Carrick Crystif and he was lovely looking with a suberb temperament.
I believe that Cyrsto is probably 100%. |

Hi Pauline, I contacted Jill and she sent me some piccies of El Crysto - he is amazing. She also told me that Tanni was kept with her for a while before he was sold to the people I bought him from, so she knows him well! What really surprised me is that she owned Fazari (Rossi's grandsire on his dam's side) - what a coincidence!
I am grateful for the info on El Crysto, it looks like Tanni has a high percentage of Crabbet then! I knew of course about the Polish bits in Rossi and of course he was quite successful in his younger days (he qualified for Aachen at some point), and won at Towerlands as a yearling and a 2 year old, and also came 3rd as a 3 year old at Peterborough. Also, Rossi's dam Phareller was the dam of Fabella, Marion Ashby's endurance horse - small world eh!
I will bring the Crabbet videos on Thursday (SE Pub Night, Ottershaw), or if I don't see you there, I will bring them to Merrist Wood next Saturday.

Hi Sarah, Had forgotten but will be going. What time is it from?
Hi Nicky. I also met Mariposa. She belonged to Christine Baxter and was very sweet and good looking. Unfortunately I do not have any piccies. |

I have not use it I forgot when I took him out Saturday and Sunday was rain all day. We did put Nicky's inhand one on him on Sat and he looked lovely and is happy to stand out with the head in the air look!!! Still got practice running in trot the straight lines are good but corners are difficult. |
