Posted - 05 Sep 2014 : 2:37:39 PM I thought that we need a fun photo thread, especially in the wake of the 'so quiet' thread.
So here's my grey, she's very sweet natured, so having a photo of her being really grumpy and cross always entertains me. Let's just say that she wasn't impressed when I bought a new horse (out of shot in the field behind the camera). They get on really well now, of course.
My gelding 'playing dead'. LOL
My chestnut mare may only be 50% arab, but she can snake her head like a pro.
So please add your photos. |

Posted - 12 Sep 2014 : 5:59:05 PM Yes, it does, thank you. I thought I did what the intructions said but it didn't seem to want to open. I thought maybe Sultan had blocked it as it doesn't exactly flatter him and he is a pretty boy (most of the time)!

I can't get it to show as a photo in the reply box (I don't use flickr so it's confusing me ), but this should open in a new tab/window. |

Sorry, he doesn't seem to want his photo shown!!!! |

Posted - 09 Sep 2014 : 09:49:06 AM I saw that film ages ago, but I forgot that there was a Kobayashi in it. I do like it when the name links to the sire/dam's name(s). |

Is he named after Kamui Kobayashi, the F1 driver?
My gelding is by AV Montoya, who's named after Juan Pablo Montoya, a former F1 driver.
His sire is Keyser Soze (who is a character from the film "The usual suspects" Kobayashi is another character in the same film, which is why his breeder picked that for a name. I like the fact that it's also the name of a F1 driver though |

Then we have Shannon with her own Arab who has taught Shannon to ride. Leisha, I love my mares to bits. Leisha has been poorly with Lami but fingers crossed we are on the road to recovery. She is now in light work again on advice from vet/farrier
Sorry I had to add this one of my husband really enjoying showing
