Our hearts are broken.
Derjava was put to sleep yesterday following a colic.
She was the queen of our yard, the boss even at her advanced age and had us wrapped around her hooves.

So sorry for your loss. I lost my 28 year old herd leader a couple of months ago, I know what a huge hole she will have left. Hugs |

It is so very sad to loose a beloved friend and as Ari says, time will give you peace and the chance to remember how lucky you were to share your life with her, even if it was only for a while. |

So very sorry, to lose them leaves a huge gap in our lives. I lost my lady at 30 18 mths ago and still have my moments of sadness but time has given me back many happy memories x |

So sorry to hear this. R.I.P. I lost my 30 year old Alpha mare in March. I had her from when she was born It is quite a wrench. |
