Posted - 17 Sep 2013 : 6:32:01 PM Looks like this could be the same mare - no date of birth but longer name, same parents
http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/index.php?query_type=horse&h=OLYMPOS+MANDA&g=5&cellpadding=0&small_font=1&l=
If she is Olympos Manda she was bred by Olympos Arabians in Norway, and at the time of the Norwegian International Horse Championship 2008 she was owned by Ida S. N. Meyer of Norway. The class was for mares aged between 4 and 7 in 2008, and the Manda from the first Manda pedigree would have been 5, which implies that both allbreedpredigrees are in fact for the same horse. So it could be a good idea to try and track down info for Olympos Manda, as that is what will be on her original documents. |

Posted - 17 Sep 2013 : 6:14:39 PM Looks like it could possibly be this Mare
http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/manda21 whose parents are registered in Norway.
Does anyone know of a mare imported from Norway?
The mare pinkblaze is asking about has a long thin blaze which goes down between her nostrils and three white feet, about 15hh and could possibly have been in a car accident. She has a colt foal by Raji, neither of them have papers (foal unregistered, mare's paperwork not available).
Info copied over from Facebook page for those who don't do Facebook. |

Posted - 17 Sep 2013 : 10:55:12 AM Another thought, when I bought Lily I arranged for the vet to microchip her, when he checked with his scanner he found out that she had already been chipped by the owner 2 people before me - it could well be worth having your vet check her for one. |

Posted - 17 Sep 2013 : 01:50:10 AM Any chance the AHS could help? Is it likely that she is registered? Are you able to post a photo in case that is not her original name or her whole name?
Edited to add
Is it possible that she is this mare?
http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/amanda61 her dam was chestnut
Or this one? She is chestnut http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/amanda161
Although I have no idea whether either of these mares is in the UK I'm afraid. Good luck with your search.
