Hi all, can anyone shed some light on what is considered a good percentage for progressive linear motility (PLM) post thaw? I've been told the minimum requirement for frozen semen is 35%, so at 35% is that considered low quality? What would be considered as good quality 40-50% etc? I'm confused .
