I have just bought a wintec 2000 with cair I have purchased the wide and xwide but saddle still needs to go wider Has anybody fitted the xxwide in their wintec saddle? This is not the wide wintec. Also the cair system, Do most saddles know how to adjust this?
I'm just hoping I haven't made a bad purchase
My mare is 5 and I am just starting to work her and have an instructor ride her once a week so she is going to change shape thats why I went for a changeable gullet system.
advice anybody pls

Posted - 25 Apr 2012 : 09:37:28 AM If my memory serves me right, I think you can go down easier on the Wintec Wide, rather than going up on the standard.... I too was looking at them for the same reason, but as usual opted for a HM treeless. I did however have a Saddle Company saddle custom made for my section A ... These can be altered anyway, any size, by a fitter on site... Another option to look at, and they are topped in leather, so no sweaty hot seats in summer... (yes I once rode on a synthetic in shorts in hot weather.... Soooo not a good idea!!)
