Posted - 25 Nov 2011 : 10:09:27 PM If it is a LDV convoy it should have a smiley face transit engine and gear box which where good. I had one on a 2002 with 148,000 on the clock as it had belonged to a bread company but she was fantastic up hills and never got stuck in the mud unlike my 2 year old Citroen who i have to take a tow rope with so it can be pulled out off the wet grass at gun shoots |

Posted - 25 Nov 2011 : 8:41:15 PM Oh good I like Transit's i've got one of those to see too but prefer the colour of the LDV which clearly isn't going to influence my choice honest |

Posted - 25 Nov 2011 : 2:47:42 PM If it is 3.5T it will be an LDV Convoy, basically a Transit in different clothing. They go on forever but are prone to rusting. |

Posted - 25 Nov 2011 : 11:33:22 AM Hi, I have had 3 Leyland Daf's and have all been great lorry's. If it's an older one the 150 to 170 are better than 130 IMO.

Posted - 25 Nov 2011 : 08:38:04 AM I have one, love it to bits, easy to drive, good turning circle, horses seem to like it. Have had it nearly 10 years and its only let me down once in that time. It gets use every weekend from march to December, so it does some miles.
