Hi Guys, had to share this with you.......as you know I moved into my new home end of May this year, and although didnt have space for a full menage, I thought I would have a lunge pen built!!!
It was finished today!!!! I am sooooooo pleased!

Sorry for delayed response, been so busy, not had chance to get back on!
I used a rubber surface (bought from neolay), and placed on top of a breathable membrane also from Neolay?
The size is 14m x 14.5m, but it seems so much bigger! And would be big enough to ride in if I needed to.
Hope that answers some of my questions!

Fabulous so jealous - just had a quote for a 25m square and am looking to reduce it - any ideas?

It's all looking good, lucky you! ... I'd love to do something similar at home, but need to sort drainage first... Can I ask though what surface you have used, to give me ideas?
