Ruthie yes it's a Dually, he was pretty much unmanageable when I got him, it helped a lot and it is just now used day to day in case we have 'a moment' :) It's great because you can un clip it from the control bit and just use it as a normal head collar to tie up etc, just can't tie up when it's in the control position.
