It may be a long shot, but does anyone know where I can buy about 20 bales of hay in the Hereford area without having to sell a kidney?
I'd settle for a couple of rounds bales even.
I just need a bit to keep me going until the weather is a bit more settled. |

I have a farmer with 50 spare bales from last summer at £3.50 each... but closer to worcester though (dont need them myself as Ive been given some 4 stringer bales) |

Hi I am in Monmouth and so far have only been able to find haylage - not sure if that would do you (PM me if it would). It may be worth trying to ring Ross Feeds - someone may be advertising hay for sale in there.... I will be going down this route closer to the winter as I have some fatties who could do without haylage! |
