Posted - 12 Mar 2011 : 1:36:58 PM Hi Everyone. I keep getting emails from Premier Equine and I like the look of the rugs (especially the sale prices )
I was wondering about the sizings, are they generous / come up small or pretty accurate?
I currently have a 5 foot 6 Amigo, which is miles too small, A 5 ft 6 Rambo and a Rhino which seem bigger than the Amigo but they are too small now too. I bought a Weatherbeeta stable rug in the sale a few months ago in a 5ft9 which is much better.
I am wanting them for next winter so he might grow a little bit by then. He will be 2 and half next winter. He is about 14.3 at present.

Posted - 12 Mar 2011 : 3:37:46 PM I would say he'll be a 5'9" next winter Nikki...all mine are in 5'9" rugs other than Qamar, Gil and Ella and I think Dine will fill a 6ft rug but i think it will be when hes filled right out in a good few years! you wont go wrong with a few 5'9" Rug for him!!!!!!

Posted - 12 Mar 2011 : 2:59:10 PM Lily is now 15.3hh and starting to fill out a bit. Last winter she was fine in a 5'9" Rambo duo, this year it was definitely too small. I measured her accordig to Premier's guide and ordered a 6'3" trio set. The size is generous and she would have been fine in a 6'0". Definitely a more generous cut than the Amigo rugs, great quality, I'm very pleased with it. |

Posted - 12 Mar 2011 : 1:56:34 PM Don't know about Premier rugs, but 5'9" rugs seem to fit all my Arabs and they range from about 14.3 to 15.3 |
