Been dying to share this but didnt want to tempt fate, but after 4 years on the farm we are on the move!!so excited going to a beautiful yard right next door to Merrist Wood EQ, we have huge stables, all weather menages, XC- Country course, and SJ paddock !and fields look good too.
best of all we have help and its very well runand we are going too see ramak's daddy! akram is already living there and ramak and dennis and akram are all in a row... its the arab take-over!! lol, will take some pictures at the weekend and make a effort to post  really looking forward to going to all the events @ Merrist wood now its on our doorstep, wish us luck the move goes okay its always hard when you have been at one yard for a long time just hope the boys love it! |

Sounds lovely & great that the boys have settled in Carry on with your quest to spread the word of the Arabian Horse Holy Grail  We now have a collection of 3 arabs on our yard, Sunny works very hard with his bestest cutest "Love me, touch me, cuddle me" face to convert people, on a daily basis. He's doing a flipping good job too!

Sounds wonderful..... I have my horses at home of which I am not complaining about but I do miss not having others to ride and chat with. My horses are purely mine as I have no other members of my family interested in them and unfortunately not many horsey folk local to ride with. So I have to admit to being a little jeleous. You can't beat have a good natter about horses especially the Arabian variety. |

I am moving in a couple of weeks. I have also got a tail bag but I daren't use it at current place cos they will take the pi$$! haha.

hiyalittle update...the move went very well , and we are now busy converting people to love arabians..(how could you not?)
its a big yard and full of dressage types and event horses - having said that the geldings we are out with are very sweet the YO knows her horses very well and they all got on immediately which is a real relief!
I have had a lot of stick for my tail bag though.. but i dont care it keeps it clean until summer comes! anyway (shhh) one or two people have asked where i got it from ha ha!
the boys have settled and are so well behaved, in fact because i havent been on a commercial yard for so long I was quite shocked by how naughty some of the horses are , or how many 'behavioural' problems seem to be present
its interesting to see... seeing as we seem to get get so much stick 'for wild arabians' hmmm, yes i can barely control mine, lol -
i WILL get some piccies on this week ! |

Been on hols so only just caught up with this. Hope the move goes well. Wow - 3 very special and gorgeous Arabians at a livery yard - how can you not end up converting a whole yard
I am sure the boys will be fine. They are a lot more adaptable than we give them credit for. Cant wait to hear how you have all settled in. Good luck for a smooth day. |

Best Wishes for your move...it's really lovely round that area. I'm sure everything will work out well and your babies will settle in fine. Great that there are more arabs there.. Like you said an Arab takeover!
I'm sure you'll agree that it was the best thing to do...once you're settled in - that is. |
