Posted - 02 Nov 2010 : 5:13:15 PM Leiat she is marked chestnut on passport, most say the bay !! She also has white spots on her underside, 4 white socks, white blaze chestnut body, her mane and tail has changed from chestnut and silver !! to black !! So what colour is she ? Have to say i nearly posted this question when we got her years ago but thought people would call me stupid lol.. She is 14.2 and built very thick set and deep..even when not overweight ! Will try later to post better pic if i can workout how, next year we have decided to bring her back out locally for some fun.. |

Posted - 02 Nov 2010 : 4:19:37 PM Hi,
I think I may have competed against this gelding 2 to 3 yrs ago at sibton horse show in suffolk- unless there are two chestnut geldings of the same name, don't know anymore about him but I would guess he's living somewhere in east anglia? |

Posted - 02 Nov 2010 : 10:45:21 AM I have a daughter of his, love her to bits, is actually my daughter Danika,s mare, Danika has owned her from herself being 11 yrs old, she now is 18 yrs and Carz (Caria Nakora) is now 15 yrs.. She has been a fantastic allrounder, sadly Danika now not so horsey oriantated so this mare is not really doing anything much anymore.. Some would say a waste but she,s my husbands and my pet .. Will try and post a pic later but am not very pc clever !! will try though.. Just noticed after posting she is 2nd pic !! on my signiture, that is her at Bicton. |

I fixed the photo. The change was made by flickr and we have a new tool to make it easier to post flickr photos. The details are on my sig and it's really easier than it may look from the extension of the explanation. |

We bred Zacaria otherwise known as 'Bertie'
He won quite well in hand and at Haydock Park Show as a two year old. Haydock was considered a large show then. He went on to sire some lovely stock that won in the show ring and ridden stock too. He was backed here and ridden generally until he got a problem with his testicles!! one started to shrink, not the best thing to happen to anyone So we had him gelded. He went on to be owned by Heather Moffett of the classical ridden fame. She used him as one of her in house school horses and he excelled at dressage. Heather sold him to a lovely home where they rode him side saddle. He has done well under saddle including his side saddle bit as a veteren. I'll hunt for his photo under saddle for you. any other info please pm anytime! |
