My ridng mac has gone as stiff as a board, does anyone who has or might of had one any ideas as to how to unstiffen it and bring some life into it. |

I think they are rubber coated, so if it's gone stiff...it's ...er...a stiff! 
I just found someone selling them by googling - but £400 each! They also do them in 'shiny black rubber', but I suspect those may be for a very "specialist" market (those are definitely not riding boots the model is wearing!)

Callisto you can still buy them, there's a company in Devon that make them, though they are expensive. I agree with you, much smarter |

I fear it might be terminal - couldn't find a way of softening mine so I binned it (very sadly). I really don't know if you can buy them anymore. Much smarter than a drover's style coat. |
