Posted - 22 Oct 2010 : 8:17:46 PM Thankyou everybody! I'm not sure how I will make it through to Sunday without bursting with the excitement! I just want to get him home safe and sound, and settled in with his new friend!
I will of course keep you all updated with plenty of pics...as my hubby just loves to take photos..his latest hobby!! I was hoping to take him to the National Foal Show, but looking at the pics from last year not sure we would stand a chance....and he is soooo wooly!!! |

Posted - 21 Oct 2010 : 9:56:47 PM Thankyou everyone!!
I am more than smitten I am in loVE!! I lost what I always called my horse of a lifetime April 2008, he was pure bred arab, and I never thought I would ever get another, I gave horses up for about a year, before I bought another, albiet not an Arab! But I still endlessy trawled through adverts, and I found a beautiful grey arab gelding who was totally unsuitable, but the people that owned him at the time didnt have a clue, so I bought him, and fell in love, although I knew he wasnt for me, but I found him the most perfect home, and he made me even more determined to find my next best friend.....but must be arab, I still have and will keep my other horse, he is a good boy, but doesnt have the same personalities of the arabs! Then I found this young man.....I was smitten from day one when i first saw him...I told my husband, who without my knowledge booked to take me to see him again on my birthday in September, and consequently bought him for me!! My hubby is non horsey so I was even more surprised! I am soooooooooo nervous, about him coming home!! But I cant wait!! You will all be sick of me updating you all of his every move! xxx |
