This is the horse which went missing in Camber Sands area some time ago:
Sorry to report the very sad news but Zimbabwes body has been found in a ditch on the MOD property. A very sad loss to all his connections.

As I remember it was because it was on MOD land that they could only do so much.....security etcetera...just know if it was my horse with saddle and bridle on I would never have rested. Original post just found

Well they did - but he'd got onto MOD land - they had helicopters out. From what I have read they did do all they could to find him - it happened when we had all that snow ... |

Oh I remember this thread so well as I love Camber Sands and could'nt understand why they did not try to find him . Poor boy, very sad. |

Thank you for posting. I have often spared a thought for this horse. At least we know the end of him. I hope he didn't suffer, but I fear he probably did. |
