My little Sazi came back today after spending 5 months with Alethea  ! He travelled like a dream and spent a happy afternoon getting to know his new friends, two yearling fillies. Thank goodness he was gelded the other week (hence patch on the neck) although I don't think he quite realises yet  !
I want to say a huge thanks to Alethea and Lucy for looking after him so fabulously since New Year. He is such a happy, well adjusted little man and has had all his basic handling and education put in place ready for me to carry on with.
Thank you girls  !!
Just how much has he grown   !
They are up in this field until the weekend just getting to know each other and then down to the summer fields for the next few months  .

I was looking for another Arab but there was none for sale up my way so had to get a Connemara :(. |

Definitely planning on keeping him forever as long as I have my own teeth and a bottomless pit of money to keep 3 horses !

Ah thank you everyone !
It is wonderful to have him back although I'm sure he is missing his friends at Alethea's hopefully he will settle in soon.
Fee, he is actually at a different place to K. She is with her pony chum at my friend's house where they have a paddock and two stables and he is at a little stud farm about 10 minutes away. In an ideal world I would love to have him back with K but for his development and happiness I felt he would be better with other youngsters for a few years.
The stud has about 20 horses and the lady breeds show ponies and so there are always babies about the place and lots for him to see. I will hopefully do lots with him with her help and he will eventually be backed there with a view to then bringing him back to be with K.
It is going to be a pain trogging around to two different places every day but I think he would just be bored to death with K and the pony for companions as they are both 'older' ladies and very stuck in their ways ! Oh plus the stud has the most fantastic menage in the world !

Jen I can't believe the difference in him! He looks wonderful! 
So happy you have him home with some excellent beginning education behind him for you to take forward. Does K know he's back? Will they eventually go in together?
