When I became a member I thought we would have a members badge and I am sure that I read somewhere we should get their magazine, we have had neither in fact we have had nothing except for the initial welcome letter  is this all you get?? We joined in January this year. |

 I feel really bad now I did not want to cause any trouble, I really just wanted to know what we get. Anyway the AHS have contacted me and it turns out that maggie was away and it was an error, I have since received my pack and am very pleased with it, so sorry to have caused trouble  If anyone hasn't received theirs please contact the AHS and they will sort it all out for you Thanks |

HI Sazzlepants I really dont know where people get info but it is two magazines a year I am in the course of producing the summer one which I hope everyone will have received by 10th July all being well. The other magazine is the Yearbook which comes out in December.
The car sticker was a one off order that we did and there may well be some left - please feel free to give Maggie a call (number above) and I am sure we can post oyu one. I would reiterate again we can only help if we know people are having problems. |

hi I joined again recently I did get my badge and other stuff , but no mag and no sticker????
have heard its only one magazine a year now...thats really disappointing , because I joined in april does this mean I wont get one at all, seems a bit mean... |

When I joined this year I got my members badge and an AHS window sticker as well as the schedule within days.
I would give Maggie a call at HQ, she is really nice and very helpful. |

Hi All
I am concerned you are not getting your information and magazines - something has clearly gone wrong but unless you tell us we can't correct it - I cant tell who you are from your log on's and would ask you to ring Maggie at Windsor House 01672 521411 and explain so we can investigate and out it right - we can very easily send out any magazines you have missed etc but only if we know. I didn't get the entry forms for malvern "or" any bumf in fact I've had nothing at all  I will certainly be ringing them in the morning! |

Would like to get anything, I pay my membership for nothing it appears. Don't get mags, no badge, don't get entries for malvern, bugger all. Seems I've missed the entries for malvern,simply cause I didnt know. |

You really should ring and complain to them. After all they need membership fees to keep them afloat and we in turn should get what we are entitled to.
I am sure if you ring Windsor House - someone will sort it out for you as I find the staff there are very helpful.

That's why I haven't re-joined this year, no foals to reg and not showing at nationals, so no point
Joined in January last year, as a renewal, and never received a single thing all year, no magazines, nothing at all, it put me off for this year  |

You should definitely of had your badge, I got mine with the Malvern schedule and all the other bumpf. This year's is blue. I'd ring Windsor House and speak to someone, just in case its gone astray |

You should have had your badge by now. It was in the package that came a while ago with the show schedule in for Malvern and the voting papers for AHS committee.
We normally get 2 mags every year and the 1st arrives in July just before Malvern.
